Ordering & Payment
There are several ways to order and pay for Aiguille products.
Website
All our products can be purchased securely on-line through our website. Payment is taken at this end through Sage Pay when your order is ready to send out.
At our shop
You can purchase our products by visiting us at our manufacturing unit and factory shop here in Staveley, Cumbria. If we do not have the item of your choice in stock, you can place an order with us. A deposit of 50% is required with order, the rest to be paid on collection. There will be an additional cost for postage if we are sending your order out to you. Please make sure you leave your daytime contact details and we will let you know when your order is ready.
By telephone
You can call us to place your order. We can take details of addresses for invoice and delivery together with payment details over the telephone. Card details are stored securely and destroyed when payment is taken.
Other ways to pay
We also accept payment by cheque and bank transfer. The latter can be the most convenient way for international customers to make payment for orders that have not been placed on-line through our website. Please note that there is an additional charge for orders placed and paid for by international bank transfer to reflect the bank charges incurred at this end. For orders costing up to and including £100.00 there is an additional cost of £1.00 and for orders over £100.00 there is an additional cost of £7.00.
