Group Shelters are the ultimate tool when taking a group out in the hills. Packing down to the size of a small jacket, they will provide warmth and shelter in the wildest of conditions. For use in all situations from teambuilding exercise or providing lunchtime comfort to providing vital shelter in emergencies. These shelters are made large enough to be practical in use. Lightweight and spacious, our Group Shelters are made from ripstop Nylon, making them a no-brainer for any group leader’s sack.

Working on the same principle but smaller and lighter (though not quite as hard wearing) our Survival Units are designed to be a useable yet lightweight “get out of jail” card. Made from a hyperlight, silicone coated ripstop Nylon these units boast an impressively low weight to size ratio and extrememly high tear strength (greater than the PU Nylon used on our Group Shelters). They allow individuals, pairs or small groups to get out of the worst of the elements. They have been specifically made large enough to be accommodating enough to spend prolonged periods in, making an enforced bivi for example a miserable, uncomfortable and cold yet manageable affair. This we believe is an advance on other similar models of shelter out there on the market, many of which, when looked at in stark reality would be nigh on impossible to spend any amount of time in – a flaw if rescue or relief from weather/conditions/exhaustion is not rapidly forthcoming.
